1. High-temperature resistant PI series label materials --
Hongxing's high-temperature resistant PI self-adhesive material is based on polyimide (PI). It is specifically designed to withstand extreme high-temperature environments and is used in fields such as electronics manufacturing and the automotive industry. It has extremely high temperature resistance: the substrate (PI film) itself can withstand temperatures above 400°C, and when combined with special adhesives, the finished product can typically withstand high temperatures of 260°C to 350°C, with short-term peak temperatures even reaching 400°C.Chemically stable: It can resist corrosion from flux, cleaning agents, acids and alkalis, and will not deform or melt at high temperatures.Insulating and flame retardant: It has excellent electrical insulation properties and good flame retardancy, making it a "safety guardian" for electronic components.No adhesive residue: After high-temperature use, it can be peeled off without leaving any adhesive residue on the surface of the object, protecting the precision components.
2. Flame-retardant label material --
Designed for applications with strict fire safety requirements (1) Excellent flame retardancy: After the open flame is removed, it can quickly self-extinguish, effectively preventing the spread of flames and meeting international flame retardant standards such as UL94 and IEC (e.g., VTM-0, V-0 level); (2) Flame retardant PET usually has better temperature resistance and can withstand higher temperatures (e.g., above 150℃) in the short term. It can maintain dimensional stability in high-temperature environments without shrinking or deforming.
3. Low-temperature liquid nitrogen resistant label material --
Low-temperature freezing adhesive: good initial adhesion, low temperature resistance, minimum labeling temperature can reach -10℃, and the use environment can be as low as -50℃, making it an ideal choice for fresh and frozen foods.Cryogenic liquid nitrogen: Suitable for environments as low as -196°C, applicable to: biopharmaceutical cryopreservation tubes, centrifuge tubes, liquid nitrogen tanks, and glass/PP/metal surfaces.
