Features of PI high-temperature tape:
1. The temperature resistance reaches 280℃, which is 20℃ higher than that of similar products, and the product performance is stable.
2. It has good adhesion, excellent conformability, high temperature resistance, solvent resistance, no tin penetration, flame retardancy and voltage resistance performance.
3. For the anti-static series products, the impedance can reach 106 - 109 ohms.
4. After high temperature, the product performance is stable and no residual glue is left after removal.
5. It is environmentally friendly and halogen-free, and has obtained ROHS certification.
6. It has good electrical insulation performance, and the insulation strength is above 4KV.
Application fields of PI high-temperature tape:
1. It is mainly used in the SMT manufacturing process during reflow soldering, wave soldering and dip soldering processes to shield the circuit board, protect the gold fingers and insulate some electronic components.
2. Surface protection without residual glue after high-temperature removal, and high-temperature spraying shielding protection for the gold fingers of PCB boards in the electronics industry.
3. It can be widely used for solder mask protection and high-temperature insulation binding of transformer coils.
4. It is suitable for motor insulation, soldering shielding of circuit boards, fixing of motor coils, binding of lithium battery packs, etc.
